The Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Jakarta II has a vision to become a Superior Health Polytechnic and Health Technology Reference Center in 2033, where one of its missions is to develop research and applied products in the field of health technology. This encourages all methods of learning, research and community service in the Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II to be based on the development of science and technology. The results of the research are continuously encouraged to increase the level of TKT so that they are ready to be rolled out and ultimately produce products that are not only useful, but also worthy of sale in order to increase the revenue of Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II as BLU Higher Education.
The Science and Technology Center for Excellence (PUI) is the answer to realizing all these visions and missions, so with the establishment of PUI-Development, Testing and Calibration of Medical Devices (PUI-P2KAL) at the Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II, all lecturer research can be facilitated and developed through this Center of Excellence . PUI-P2KAL is expected to become a scientific forum for fellow research lecturers at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Jakarta II or with other researchers outside the Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II. Increasing Academic Excellent will support Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II as a reference. Followed by the higher Comercialization Excellent value, the more complete the laboratory facilities and incentives for researchers will be.
Hopefully, the presence of PUI-P2KAL Web can be an entry point that will motivate research lecturers to continue to develop and innovate.
